Executive Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant (EA) is in charge of the Executive Creative Director’s day-to-day flow through Humanaut and The Chattanooga Show, a serialized digital program and local media company. The EA updates and manages the ECD’s calendar - balancing professional with personal considerations, internal Humanaut meeting schedules, as well as The Chattanooga Show. The EA facilitates communication between the ECD, the creative coordinators, maintains the calendar, creates checklists, sets meetings with local community leaders, and tasked with occasional research and summaries of content pertaining to the Chattanooga Show.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Understand process and how things get made at Humanaut and The Chattanooga Show
* Manage ECD calendar, communicating ECD availabilities/PTO with broader team
*Assist with scripted episodic video program, coordinating schedules with community leaders, writers, and local creatives and integrating w/Agency Calendar
* Maintain a close working relationship with agency department coordinators to assist in project scheduling and following up on creative and production deliverables and project status.
* Morning list of duties / daily tasks organized by priority (dictated by Agency Producer; Project Producers)
* Communicate between other departments requesting ECD input
* Reading/interpreting data and creative material and making one-page summaries for ECD
* Note-taking on assigned calls/meetings as needed
* Book travel and accommodations for ECD
* Errand runner, as needed (coffee, lunch, printer, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* REQUIRED: At least 2-3 years executive leadership experience
* Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially deadlines
* Experience with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Slack is required
* Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management tool) is preferred
